Here's what a subscription is:

When you purchase a product, there is a "Subscribe and Save 30%" and a "One Time Purchase" option.

If the "Subscribe and Save 30%" option is the option selected at the time you add the product to your cart, it will set you up for recurring orders automatically for those specific flavors either every 30 days.
