With all powder products, the bulk density of the raw materials can change by lot. So for each Lot number produced, the bulk density of each powder is measured and the scoop size is determined based on those calculations. In each scoop, you are still getting the nutritional's included in each serving and you are receiving the correct serving amount per tub. The scoop size simply adjusts with the bulk density of the input materials.
