The REDCON1 Warehouse Team maintains a standard of up to 3-5 days of processing time for all orders. When the Redcon1 Warehouse Team has finished packing your order and preparing the box for shipment, you will receive your tracking information via email.

The next step is for the Carrier (USPS/FedEx) to pick up your order and take it to their distribution facility. The tracking information will be updated when the carrier has your order at their distribution facility and has scanned it into their system. It's common for the carriers to take 24 - 48 hours to update this step in the process.

Rest assured, once the carrier scans the package in their possession, the delivery date will update.
