Order has been rejected by the Decision Manager?


We implemented an enhanced security upgrade for payment methods on our website. As part of this upgrade, it is now mandatory for the billing address to match the address associated with the card being used. This measure ensures the utmost security for our customers.

Please note that the order will not be processed if the billing and card addresses do not match. You may notice a temporary hold of the order amount on your card in such cases. However, this hold will be automatically reversed within 3-5 business days.
