Within minutes of submitting your order, our warehouse team is already working on packing your items. After we start processing your order, we cannot make any edits or cancel your order.
If your order has not yet been processed, please get in touch with our Customer Service department to cancel the order and refund your payment.
If your order has already begun processing, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it at that time; however, you can return the unopened product for a refund or exchange it for something else.
